Sean O’Sullivan
Head of Tax, Global Expansion
Sean started his career with ZEDRA as an intern in the summer of 2009 and officially joined the tax team in 2010 having completed a degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Southampton. He went on to achieve his ACA in 2013 and is now Head of Tax.
Sean advises on a range of tax issues for a diverse portfolio of international clients and is often involved in implementing tax-efficient stock plans and helping global employers remain compliant in the UK. Sean has developed a specialism in VAT advice and is regularly relied upon by internationally headquartered companies wishing to explore their obligations under the European Electronically Supplied Services rules or advising companies how best to structure their expansion into Europe for the sale of physical product throughout the territory.
Sean also handles tax compliance and advice for well-established companies headquartered in the UK – providing tailored solutions to the issues they encounter.
