Bereavement Team Officer
Ruby works closely with our bereaved clients, guiding them through the start of the probate process whilst providing support through a very emotional and difficult time.
After studying business at college, Ruby joined ZEDRA in 2020 as a Financial Administration Apprentice. Throughout the apprenticeship Ruby worked closely with different teams, gathering knowledge in many areas of the business. After the apprenticeship came to an end in 2021, Ruby started her position as part of the Bereavement Team.
