Philippa has over 15 years of experience working on the legal, governance and regulatory side of offshore alternative investment structures for corporate, institutional and private clients.
Philippa works closely with each of the three service lines within ZEDRA Cayman – trust, corporate and funds – providing tailored support and guidance to clients, promoting good governance solutions and helping them navigate the regulatory environment in Cayman and beyond.
Philippa serves on the boards of both of ZEDRA Cayman’s regulated companies, Zedra Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd and Zedra Fund Administration (Cayman) Ltd, collaborating with fellow board members to create and ensure the effective implementation of the jurisdiction’s strategic objectives.
Philippa holds an LLM (Distinction) in European Law and an LLB Honours degree (First Class). She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Compliance (with Merit) from the International Compliance Association and the Investment Management Certificate issued by the Chartered Financial Analysts Association in the UK.
