With over 20 years’ experience accumulated through senior positions within Professional Services (including at Grant Thornton and at BDO) Michelle designs, develops and implements client centric strategies including key client programmes, client feedback and market analysis to drive commercial insights. A people person, with a genuine curiosity in client, market and industry issues, that drives innovative improvements.
Michelle studied International Business at university, has been a member of the Key Account Management Forum at Cranfield School of Management, and is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner.
