Marlene has over 20 years of financial services industry experience with deep knowledge of all aspects of investment funds with a wide range of strategies and investment products from both an audit and an administrator’s perspective.
Marlene is a director at Zedra Fund Administration (Cayman) Limited, responsible for business development and serves as independent director for various client entities. Prior to assuming that role, Marlene was the director of the fund administration division of the company, managing the fund accounting department which encompass the calculation of Net Asset Values for funds and provision of transfer agent function, as well as being a primary client relationship manager.
Before joining ZEDRA, Marlene was a director in the fund audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Cayman Islands signing off on the audit report of many hedge funds.
Marlene is a Chartered Professional Accountant from Quebec, Canada, a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and an Accredited Director with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Ottawa, Canada). She also has a Master degree in accounting from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada.
