Lisa Tan

After graduating from Nanyang Technological University with an accounting degree (Upper Division, Second Class Honours), Lisa began her career with a Big 4 firm in Singapore, where she specialised in tax compliance and advisory matters for large conglomerates and financial institutions. Thereafter, Lisa spent several years with a number of international Trust and Fiduciary firms, dealing principally with international tax structuring and the provision of corporate services.

Today, Lisa brings her wealth of experience to ZEDRA as Executive Director, Head of Corporate and Client Services. As well as managing client relationships and working alongside clients on the administration and management of their trust and corporate structures, Lisa also assist clients with structuring commercial transactions using corporate vehicles, payroll and immigration services, escrow services, incorporating and managing of various corporate entities and family offices, amongst others.
