Jemma Crouse
Trust Manager, Incentives
Jemma is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
Jemma joined ZEDRA as a Trust Manager in the Incentives Team in 2023 and is responsible for a number of employer solutions for a large number corporates, including employee benefit trusts and nominee arrangements. Her clients include companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as private companies with institutional shareholders.
Jemma has spent over 20 years in the fiduciary industry with other trust companies in Guernsey. Jemma has worked on a variety of structures including ultra-high net worth individuals, family office and private equity structures.
