Head of Commercial - Pensions & Incentives
Heather has extensive commercial and client management experience, overseeing ZEDRA’s Pensions & Incentives services worldwide.
Heather joined ZEDRA from Hymans Robertson LLP in 2023, bringing significant experience working with employers, trustees and financial services institutions.
As a Commercial Leader, Heather is responsible for driving the strategy of ZEDRA commercial initiatives, client management and proposition development in respect of our pensions, governance, incentives, benefits and risk consultancy services. She is also responsible for growing the business and delivering a great experience to clients.
Externally, Heather Chairs the PLSA in Scotland and is a Committee Member of ILAG, using these roles to contribute deep industry knowledge and accessing a wide network of professionals for the benefit of clients.
