Gurpreet leads our UK HR consultancy team which forms part of ZEDRA’s wider Corporate and Global expansion offering.
Gurpreet works closely with start-ups, scale-ups and other growing companies expanding globally by providing support and guidance on all HR related matters in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and all the HR elements that fall between including reward, recognition, retention, PTO and benefits.
Gurpreet joined ZEDRA in 2023 bringing with her 16 years of experience working within HR management. This spans both inhouse roles within hypergrowth tech start-ups, scale-ups, mid-market and ENT companies, as well as in more recent years providing client facing advisory services running her own HR Consultancy business.
Gurpreet qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personal Development with a Masters in Human Resource Development.
