Colin acts as independent trustee on several DB and DC pension schemes both large and small has acted on several DC Master Trusts.
Colin brings over 35 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having spent 25 years as a Pensions Actuary advising trustees and sponsors. Colin, a Director of Zedra Governance Ltd and was part of the MBO in 2017 of PTL prior to sale to ZEDRA in 2021.
Colin has accumulated over 9 years as a Trustee, gaining extensive experience of managing defined benefit schemes ranging from £30 million to £12 billion, including clients in the financial services sector. He is a highly experienced Chair of Trustees, Board Member and extensive Investment Sub-Committee / DC Committee experience.
Colin’s technical ability and in-depth knowledge across the whole pensions agenda combined with his collaborative and personable approach underpins his ability to ensure all stakeholders and trustees work together to set and achieve the desired strategy and overall objectives.
