Charlotte Phipps-Hornby

Charlotte is responsible for driving the commercial growth of our Corporate & Global Expansion services globally.
She has an extensive network of contacts and a proven track record of delivering value to clients. She applies a pragmatic and collaborative approach to helping clients, including scale-ups, multinationals, and PE/VC firms find solutions to the challenges they are facing.
Typically, the companies Charlotte works with are VC/PE-backed growth companies expanding their presence globally. She is able to guide companies through the establishment of new entities, ongoing back-office and compliance support, and assist with management of multi-country payrolls.
Charlotte ensures multinationals’ compliance obligations are met by keeping their global entities in good standing.
In addition, she has supported buy-side corporates and funds on large and complex cross-border carve-out transactions.
She brings over 20 years’ experience in professional services, creating and leading business development activities, focussing on international business strategy and new business generation. Before joining ZEDRA in July 2023, Charlotte held a senior leadership role at Vistra. Prior to that, she worked at Allen & Overy, Baker McKenzie and Intertrust.
In her spare time, Charlotte likes travelling to new places, playing hockey, volunteering as an Appropriate Adult and, above all else, spending time with her family.
