Adam Wadley
Client Director, ZEDRA Governance
Adam is a Client Director and a member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
He has been working with ZEDRA as a Client Director since November 2022 and is involved in trustee roles on a number of DB schemes of varying sizes and complexity. Prior to ZEDRA, he worked with AAA Trustee in a similar capacity.
Adam is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and has held various Finance Director, Corporate Development and Strategy roles across the retail, payments and charity sectors. This experience gives him a unique insight into the sponsoring employers of his schemes, business performance, M&A activity and corporate strategy.
