ZEDRA has been re-awarded ISO 27001 certification by the British Assessment Bureau.
Following an initial accreditation in 2018, Zedra Global Services (UK) Limited undertook the audit process to be re-certified in 2021 which was granted.
What is ISO 27001?
ISO 27001 is the international standard that lays out the specifications for implementing an information security management system. We chose to have our information security management system audited by an independent certification body to assess whether it conforms to the standard’s requirements.
The British Assessment Bureau determined that the relevant IT systems at ZEDRA meets industry best practice and the extremely high standards set out by the certification and audit process.
The certification confirms that ZEDRA protects client and business information by using a broad set of process, personnel, physical and technical security measures.
Protecting information relating to our clients and our employees is of paramount importance to us, and the ISO 27001 accreditation is part of our ongoing commitment to adhere to robust IT security measures.
