John is leading on ZEDRA Governance’s Group Life Master Trust services as well as being involved in pension scheme management and governance.
John leads the dedicated team who focus on supporting bereaved families through the investigation and determination of life assurance claims. He combines technical knowledge alongside a remarkable ability to build long-term relationships at what is a difficult time for families.
Before joining, John spent more than nine years working for First Actuarial, where he performed a number of roles, both client-facing and non-client facing. These included scheme secretarial duties as well as management within the pensions administration team. Previously, John worked on wind-up projects for Capita Hartshead.
John enjoys consulting with advisers and sponsors and believes that a well-run pension scheme is achieved through a collaborative effort.
