Aoife brings a wealth of expertise in people leadership and strategic transformation to the business, with experience spanning dynamic, fast-paced environments including Amazon, AWS, GE, a private equity-backed fintech business.
As Chief People Officer, she plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving ZEDRA’s people strategy, aligning it closely with the Group’s ambitious growth plans.
She is passionate about working closely with leaders to deliver meaningful change and create a culture that supports both business success and individual growth. Outside of work, she enjoys a busy family life with her husband, two young children, and two dogs.
