Where partnership creates more value

The best partnerships do more than provide a safe referral path. They strengthen your proposition and create more value for the clients you already serve.

Extend your proposition

Bring additional corporate, global expansion, fund administration, trust and fiduciary capabilities into your client relationships without having to develop these in-house.

Deepen client relationships

When a client needs support beyond your own remit, you can help them solve their issues, rather than simply pointing them elsewhere. As a result, you remain deeply connected as their needs evolve.

Bring global capability to the table

Wherever they are, and wherever they’re going, you can connect your clients with specialist knowledge. Across jurisdictions, service areas and markets. We’ll coordinate all the expertise required.

Create more growth potential together

The most valuable partnerships are built on more than referrals.

With the right partners, we identify shared opportunities, exchange market insight, support business development activity and create additional value for clients.

Many of our longest-standing relationships have evolved from a single introduction into wider collaboration across multiple jurisdictions, service lines and client relationships.

Building the right partnership

Some relationships begin with a single opportunity. Others grow into regular collaboration or a broader commercial partnership.

When clients need specialist support

Your clients will not always fit neatly within one service line or jurisdiction.

ZEDRA brings together specialists across Corporate, Funds and Private Wealth to address those needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

In which countries can ZEDRA support my client?

ZEDRA services client in over 150 countries with its own offices in 30 locations globally. Where a client needs support in several countries, we coordinate it across markets, so you and your client deal with one provider rather than separate local firms.

Is ZEDRA regulated where my client needs support?

Each service is delivered by the ZEDRA business licensed for it in the relevant jurisdiction. We confirm which one before any engagement begins.

Will ZEDRA approach my client for other work without involving me?

No. We work alongside the advice and relationship you already have, and we agree with you at the start who leads communication with your client. If we see a need beyond the agreed scope, we raise it with you first.

Will ZEDRA give its own advice, or work from mine?

We work alongside your advice, not in place of it. We agree the scope with you before we start, so it is clear what we do and what stays with you.

Can I discuss a client anonymously before making an introduction?

Yes. You can talk to us about a client’s situation without naming them, so you can check we are the right fit before you make an introduction.

Where should I send an introduction and what should I include?

You can send a short description of your client, what they need, the jurisdictions involved and any deadlines to [email protected].

Will my client get a written quote before committing?

Yes. Your client receives a written proposal setting out the scope and fees before any work begins.

Does ZEDRA pay referral fees, and what would my firm need to commit to?

Yes, however a relationship can begin with a single introduction, with no commitment beyond that.

Is there a minimum size of client?

We work with clients from a single entity or structure through to multi-jurisdictional groups and funds.

Can ZEDRA take over from my client’s current provider?

Yes. We regularly support clients moving from another administrator, trustee or corporate services provider, and we plan the transfer with you and your client so that deadlines and obligations are met.

What updates will I get?

You have one consistent ZEDRA contact throughout, and we agree with you at the start how often you will be updated.

Can ZEDRA share a case study or a reference from another advisor?

Yes. We can share examples of similar work and, with their permission, introduce you to advisors who have referred clients to us.
