Each with their unique expertise and vision, these industry veterans will play pivotal roles in steering the company’s next phase of growth and client service enrichment.
Charlotte Phipps-Hornby: Group Head of Commercial – Corporate & Global Expansion
Stepping in to elevate ZEDRA’s Corporate & Global Expansion service proposition, Charlotte Phipps-Hornby‘s appointment marks a significant move for the company. With her track record of delivering value to clients, Charlotte applies a pragmatic and collaborative approach to helping scale-ups, multinationals, and discerning investors find solutions to the challenges they face. Her strategic insight and dynamic approach ensure that ZEDRA remains at the forefront of providing outstanding solutions to businesses looking for agile and innovative expansion strategies.

Archie Irtizaali: Group Head of Commercial – Funds
Since joining ZEDRA in January as a Client Development Director, Archie Irtizaali has played a key role in advancing ZEDRA’s group commercial initiatives. He brings to his new position over 20 years of commercial experience working within the financial services arena, and most recently joined ZEDRA from a global fund services provider. He is perfectly placed to lead the commercial strategy across ZEDRA’s global fund services business, promote a client-focused culture and realise ZEDRA’s strategic goals.
Working alongside Global Head of Funds, Wim Ritz, Archie will further strengthen ZEDRA’s global funds proposition and increase the profile of the full scope of fund administration services that ZEDRA offers across all of its multidisciplinary teams in Cayman, Curaçao, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, Singapore and the US.

Heather Meighan: Group Head of Commercial – Pensions & Incentives

Heather’s appointment underpins ZEDRA’s commitment to fortifying its market position and delivering unparalleled services to its clients in the pensions and incentives sector. Her track record and vast experience promises to elevate ZEDRA’s offering to new heights.
