Kim Nash appointed Chair of Trustee Board for TPT’s proposed multi-employer CDC scheme

05 November 2025

We’re delighted to share that Kim Nash, Managing Director of ZEDRA Governance, has been appointed Chair of the Trustee Board for TPT Retirement Solutions’ multi-employer Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) scheme, the first of its kind in the UK.

As announced by TPT Retirement Solutions, Kim will lead the newly appointed all female board alongside Venetia Trayhurn of Falcon Trustees and Alison Hatcher of Vidett.

Kim said of the appointment: “I’m thrilled to join the Board of the UK’s first multi-employer CDC scheme, working with fellow Board members and TPT to complete authorisation, and helping to pioneer a new model for secure, sustainable pensions. This is an important step forward for members and for the future of retirement provision in the UK.”

Kim’s appointment to this significant role reflects both her personal leadership and expertise, and our own continued commitment to driving best practice, innovation and trust-based excellence across the UK pensions landscape.

It’s inspiring to see an all-female trustee board leading this important initiative, evidence of the strength and depth of women in leadership across the industry and something we’re proud to champion within ZEDRA.

With more than 13 years’ experience as a professional trustee and a background as a qualified actuary, Kim works with a wide range of Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC) and hybrid schemes. She has chaired several DC master trust boards through the authorisation process and also serves on Independent Governance Committee (IGC) boards.
