Kim is a qualified actuary and highly experience professional pension trustee.
Kim has been appointed to the boards of numerous DB, DC, and hybrid pension schemes, master trusts and independent governance committees. She is well known and highly regarded for her calm assurance, excellent people skills, and extensive technical knowledge, which have made her one of the most sought-after professional trustees in the industry.
Kim’s actuarial training and experience make her highly effective in these often high-profile and responsible roles. Her technical skills and in-depth knowledge, combined with her ability to communicate concepts clearly, means she is well placed to guide her fellow trustees and sponsoring employers on the journeys they need to take with their schemes.
Kim joined ZEDRA as a Client Director in February 2012 having previously spent five years with Towers Watson as a Benefits Consultant. She became a member of the board in 2017 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2022.
