We have a number of great opportunities to join us as Senior Administrator. Working with a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures, the Senior Administrator ensures that a first class service is provided to clients, intermediaries and stakeholders, in support of the Client Directors.
Key Accountabilities
Client
The Senior Administrator will ensure that they deliver high quality service to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships, providing technical and other support to their team. They will interact directly with their clients as required and be responsible for client communication and the statutory maintenance of their portfolio. The Senior Administrator will support by identifying client needs and delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service as well as seeking to identify new business opportunities. The role holder will ensure they deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. The Senior Administrator will act as Director on client companies subject to Senior Management approval.
Commercial
The Senior Administrator will achieve personal targets as set out for their role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management. They will support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of their client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities. They will support their team in coaching more junior colleagues to build understanding and familiarity with the working capital cycle and prompt collection of debts.
Risk
Senior Administrators will support their line management in driving appropriate behaviour and will take action to ensure agreed business risk targets are met. They will help to ensure that ZEDRA is compliant with local regulatory requirements supporting a positive relationship with the local regulator through strong governance. A successful Administrator will use technical capability to identify and mitigate risk within their client book, escalating where necessary and required in accordance with policies.
Knowledge and Experience
Professional and Technical Experience
- Have appropriate industry experience and will demonstrate first class client service delivery against the needs and demands of high net worth clients.
- Demonstrate excellent technical competency and ability to impart that knowledge to others effectively, with a proven track record in technical and complex transactions for their clients.
- Have a sound knowledge of current issues affecting structures and the clients for whom we act.
- Put clients at the centre of everything you do, building relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Be flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures and have excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
- Be self-motivated and focused on exceeding targets and goals.
Language Skills
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
The Senior Administrator is expected to hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified you will also be expected to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification.
