ZEDRA is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented professional to join its Corporate Department. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day corporate and administrative activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and corporate support to the Corporate Department.
- Coordinate invoice payments, ensure proper cash management, and support transaction monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including RCS / RBE standards.
- Liaise with banks to open, manage, and close bank accounts as required.
- Organize, maintain, and update document classification systems to ensure accurate filing and archiving of corporate records.
- Handle incoming correspondence and mail.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and organization of documentation for meetings and corporate transactions.
- Maintain and update internal databases and records, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of administrative processes.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or corporate support role, preferably within an operational or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other languages is considered an asset.
