ZEDRA is looking for a Compliance Officer to support and strengthen our Compliance Monitoring Programme, helping to ensure robust regulatory standards while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Regulatory Compliance & Assurance

  • Support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Ensure ZEDRA complies with applicable local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide assurance to senior stakeholders, including the Head of Compliance, MLRO, and Board, that appropriate controls are in place and operating effectively.

Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management

  • Review, assess, and document compliance monitoring findings accurately.
  • Escalate significant or material issues where required and track corrective actions through to resolution.
  • Contribute to Management Information (MI) and Board-level reporting.
  • Recommend practical improvements based on findings, such as additional training, enhanced controls, or changes to testing frequency.

Business Partnership & Culture

  • Act as an approachable compliance partner to the business.
  • Clearly explain regulatory requirements and support teams in understanding what good compliance looks like in practice.
  • Help strengthen and promote a positive compliance culture across the organisation.

Operational Support

  • Support time‑critical compliance tasks, including regulatory returns and maintenance of compliance registers.
  • Ensure compliance testing remains relevant, effective, and aligned with current systems, risks, and regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to the wider strategy of the ZEDRA Isle of Man business and the broader ZEDRA Group.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Technical Knowledge

  • Experience supporting or delivering a Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Strong understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory framework and international compliance standards.
  • Experience within the TCSP sector is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to keep pace with regulatory change and apply best practices pragmatically.
  • Strong written skills, particularly in drafting clear and concise reports.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to discuss findings constructively and work collaboratively on solutions.
  • Comfortable building relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and disciplined in managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Language

  • Working towards or holding a relevant compliance qualification, or possessing several years’ experience in a compliance role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
