Compliance Administrator

Join ZEDRA’s Compliance team and support the effective execution of compliance monitoring, regulatory tracking, policy maintenance, reporting, and training activities. Working closely with the Head of Compliance in Netherlands, you will play an important role in helping the business meet its regulatory obligations while contributing to a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and risk awareness.
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for the execution and support of the Local Head of Compliance with regard to the following activities.
Compliance Monitoring & Testing
- Execute components of the Compliance Monitoring Program, including testing, documentation, and follow-up of findings
- Track and support remediation of identified issues
Policies, Procedures & Frameworks
- Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation
- Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory developments
- Support the translation of regulatory requirements into internal controls and processes
Registers & Incident Management
- Maintain key compliance registers (e.g. incidents, conflicts of interest, complaints, gifts & hospitality)
- Track incidents, breaches, and remediation actions
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare and support compliance reporting to management and internal stakeholders
- Assist with regulatory submissions, audits, and supervisory requests
Training & Awareness
- Coordinate and administer compliance training programs
- Track completion and maintain accurate training records
- Support awareness initiatives to ensure employees understand regulatory obligations

Knowledge & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services (Experience within the Trust Sector is preferred)
- Relevant academic background (e.g. Law, Business Administration, Compliance)
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations
- Knowledge of KYC/CDD, compliance monitoring, and internal controls
- Familiarity with AML/CTF requirements, including:
- Sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
- Anti-bribery and corruption
- Regulatory reporting obligations
Regulatory Environment
- Familiarity with Dutch regulatory frameworks (e.g. Wtt 2018, Wwft, Sanctions Act) is preferred
- Awareness of guidance from supervisory authorities (e.g. DNB)
