Jacqueline is a Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP), a Certified Trust Practitioner (CTP – HKTA), a lawyer and a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of specialised experience in tax, trust & private wealth structuring.
Jacqueline has extensive experience working with families, family offices, professional advisers, banks and trustee companies in setting up, administering, restructuring and defending private trust and charitable arrangements.
Jacqueline started her career with a “Big 4” accounting firm in Australia. She relocated to Hong Kong to join the tax and trust practice of an international law firm, where she was appointed as a Partner in 2006. Prior to joining ZEDRA, Jacqueline was the global head of legal for one of the world’s leading bank-owned private trust businesses.
Jacqueline is a member of The Hong Kong Law Society and serves on its Working Group on Charities and Trust as well as the Revenue Committee. Jacqueline was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association from 2018 to 2021 and continues to serve on the Legislative & Regulatory and the Education subcommittees of the Association. She has previously been recognised as a leading lawyer for tax and private client wealth management by Chambers Asia. She is recognised as “Global Elite” in Legal Week Private Client Global Elite Directory 2019 and 2020-2021.
