Appointing us as Professional Trustee of New and Existing Trusts:
- Complete the relevant Appointment of Professional Trustee Agreement
- Email copies of the completed Agreement & Bond Application paperwork to [email protected]
- Send original documents to ZEDRA address below
- Make payment to the Bond Provider (quoting surname and DOB as reference)
- Make payment to ZEDRA for Trust Set-up Fee
- ZEDRA will be appointed as Trustee (subject to satisfactory money laundering checks)
- We send completed Trust Deed & Bond Application paperwork to the Bond Provider

Where ZEDRA is not being appointed Professional Trustee, we can still assist you with the Trust Registration Service.
- Complete ZEDRA Client Agreement
- Provide copies of Trust Deed and Bond Application Form
- Make payment to ZEDRA – see section 3 of Client Agreement

On receipt of the complete documentation and payment, ZEDRA will then complete registration on TRS and provide confirmation back to the trustees of registration.
