Victoria works with a range of defined benefit schemes, navigating increasing regulatory demands while driving value for money, service improvements and robust governance, including a focus on cyber and data risk. As the sole representative in Scotland, she also plays a key role in building the firm’s regional presence and client relationships.
With over 15 years’ experience in the pensions industry, Victoria’s background spans administration, consultancy and in-house roles within a global investment asset firm, giving her a well-rounded perspective across advisor, employer and trustee environments. She brings a practical, solutions focused approach, underpinned by real world experience and a strong commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for schemes and their members.
Victoria holds PRINCE2, APPT and PMI qualifications, underpinning her strong technical expertise and practical approach to governance and scheme management.
