Tristan leads our Global Corporate Development team, driving ZEDRA’s growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
While overseeing the successful integration of acquired businesses to maximise long-term value creation.
He brings over 20 years of experience, having joined ZEDRA from Anthesis Group, a Carlyle private equity investment, where he was Global Chief Development Officer, responsible for strategy, M&A, integration, and value creation.
Prior to Anthesis, he was a Partner at two private equity funds, most recently leading the Palatine Private Equity London-based impact investment team.
