Stephen leads the Technology team which fully supports all aspects of the ZEDRA group and is a member of the group Executive Committee.
Stephen specialises in providing and delivering technology strategies, senior IT management and M&A (pre-deal and integration).
He has over 35+ years of experience in Information Technology, predominantly within Financial Services, Trust & Corporate, Hotel & Leisure, Banking and Insurance. He is also a a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
Stephen started his career developing software for various banks, building societies and insurance companies before working over the last 25+ years with various private equity backed businesses on buy & build strategies at a global level.
