Janina is a graduate in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and has been working in the accounting services industry for over 20 years.
She has gained extensive experience in accounting through her role as a manager of accounting teams in companies providing outsourced financial services.
For several years, she has been a member of the management boards of two Polish companies, with which she has been affiliated for over 15 years.
Janina is responsible for overseeing the internal accounting team within the Polish entities, as well as managing shelf companies established for sale. Additionally, she supports accounting teams in client relations, ensuring the highest standards of service across both accounting and payroll functions for clients from a diverse range of industries.
