Carolyn Arlett

Carolyn manages compliance and provides advice to directors and company owners.
Carolyn initially trained as a chartered accountant and achieved her ACA qualification with BDO in London in 2000 where her audit clients included retailers, logistics companies, charities and commodities brokers.
Carolyn then spent a period of her career working in industry, notably within the EMEA headquarters of a listed Japanese company in the office automation sector, where she provided in-house advice and support to the European business and led a number of group-wide corporate governance and business process re-engineering projects.
Carolyn joined Fitzgerald & Law (now part of ZEDRA) in 2014 and qualified as a chartered governance professional in 2021. Carolyn ensures the efficient administration of ZEDRA client companies by managing their compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. She also provides advice to Board members on their legal responsibilities and corporate governance issues.
