Managing Director
As Managing Director, April heads up the accounting and operations of the Charlotte office.
April is responsible for all activities of the office including personnel management, fund administration, corporate planning and project implementation. She ensures that business operations are efficient, effective and compliant with laws and regulations.
April joined ZEDRA as part of the acquisition of Atlas Fund Services (USA) LLC in 2022. She has over 25 years of financial services experience including 20 years within the Alternative Investments sector. Prior to joining Atlas, April served as CFO of a mortgage REIT overseeing $1.8 billion in assets including the establishment and management of all accounting, consolidation, financing, banking, and financial reporting functions.
April also served as the VP of Finance at GSC Group and as a VP for JPMorgan’s Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Services where she was responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting and operations of various funds including Credit, Mezzanine, CDO, Private Equity and Hedge funds. April started her career within the Alternative Investments sector as an associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance & Business Advisory Services – Capital Markets Practice.
