Amie specialises in multiple aspects of HR in order to support our clients through all aspects of their employees lifecycle/journey such as international HR, policies and processes, UK legislation, employee relations, HR specific documentation and HR administration.

Amie began her HR career in July 2018 as an HR Administrator in the facilities management industry. Shortly after, she graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Business Studies.

Amie joined F&L, now part of ZEDRA, as a HR Administrator and is now the Senior HR Consultant with over 5 years of HR and consultancy experience, being the HR expert on matters such as employee relations, family related rights, onboarding, offboarding, TUPE, etc.
