ZEDRA welcomes new Deputy CEO to enhance leadership team

ZEDRA is today delighted to announce the appointment of Dean Blackburn as the new Deputy CEO.

This appointment marks an exciting chapter for ZEDRA as it continues to enhance its leadership team with innovative and dynamic individuals.

Dean joins ZEDRA from JTC, where he began in 2019 as Group Director to the CEO’s Office. He later served as JTC’s Chief Commercial Officer before taking up the Group Head of Institutional Client Services role in 2022. He is a people-first leader with a proven track record of delivering meaningful commercial results. His leadership style is characterised by a deep commitment to developing and empowering teams, which has consistently translated into strong business performance and growth.

Known for his ability to inspire and motivate, Dean places people at the heart of his leadership approach, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
