ZEDRA is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Brown as Managing Director of our Luxembourg office.
With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Peter will oversee ZEDRA’s Luxembourg operations and the local team of experts to unlock new opportunities for the firm’s funds, corporate, and private clients. Working closely with Wim Ritz, ZEDRA’s Global Head of Funds, Peter brings an exceptional track record of leadership and strategic growth to ZEDRA, having held key senior roles in fund and corporate services, leveraged finance and institutional banking. He will enhance the delivery of end-to-end services to alternative fund managers, driving significant business growth and enhancing service delivery in Luxembourg.

This timely appointment follows ZEDRA’s announcement in the summer of its collaborative undertaking in partnership with Luxembourg based CreaPartners, a leading, independent provider of corporate, investment funds, and family office services. Peter will be working closely with our new CreaPartners colleagues to integrate the teams and create a powerful business focused on delivering fund and corporate solutions for emerging managers and mid-market funds.

Before joining ZEDRA, Peter spent the last four years with a market-leading fund and corporate services provider focusing on institutionally-backed alternative fund managers in Luxembourg. Peter was responsible for driving significant growth, improving colleague engagement, and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this, he held senior positions in banking where he led teams across the UK and Europe providing structured lending, cash management, capital markets and depositary services to leading institutional clients.
Throughout his career, Peter has successfully implemented growth strategies, built high-performing teams, focused on strategic client relationships, and led transformation and regulatory change initiatives, in complex financial environments. His expertise spans corporate finance, fund administration, strategic relationship management, risk management, and leadership development.
Peter is committed to supporting the sustainable development of the Luxembourg funds industry, and helping others engage in the local community. He continues to serve as a Council Member for the British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg, fostering business collaboration between the UK and Luxembourg.
Peter’s appointment marks a significant step forward for ZEDRA Luxembourg as the firm looks to expand its offerings and further establish itself as a trusted partner for clients seeking innovative solutions in the dynamic Luxembourg market.
