Senior Client Manager, Head of Group Life
John has worked with a range of DB, DC, and hybrid pension schemes, as well as Group Life Trusts and Healthcare Trusts.
John is an Associate Member of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI) and holds an MA (Economics) from the University of Edinburgh.
He has extensive experience in administration and claims handling projects, having managed pensions administration, endowment complaint handling and the ZEDRA Group Life Claims Handling teams.
John is head of ZEDRA’s Group Life proposition and has overseen significant growth in the area over the last 6 years. John has helped to develop systems and processes enabling ZEDRA to handle high volumes of cases whilst ensuring actions on each case are carried out in a timely fashion.
John has helped partners to establish Group Life Trusts and Master Trusts which have been brought to market and has supported partners in their understanding of the trustee’s role and the operation of Group Life trusts.
John believes that a well-run scheme is achieved through a collaborative effort.
