Katarzyna has 30 years’ experience in corporate services and audit working with international companies that have operations in Poland.
Katarzyna oversees ZEDRA’s accounting, tax, payroll and other corporate services in Poland.
Following 10 years with EY Poland as an auditor, trainer and M&A due diligence manager, Katarzyna was appointed CFO of the Polish subsidiary of the Dutch group, USG People.
In 2009, she founded a firm specialising in accounting, auditing, tax and business management consultancy services, which in 2017 became part of Blackstones group.
In September 2024, under Katarzyna Kowalczyk’s leadership, Blackstones was acquired by ZEDRA.
Katarzyna is a Polish CPA, who also completed all the ACCA exams and obtained fellowship membership.
Katarzyna combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business dynamics. Her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, coupled with a sharp strategic mindset, makes her an invaluable asset to ZEDRA and its clients.
