ZEDRA Zurich’s Vadim Neumann invited to speak at Swiss Embassy event in Kyiv

Vadim will be speaking about the opportunities that Switzerland offers commodity trade businesses and how the country is a leading jurisdiction for international businesses – especially trading companies looking to expand their global footprint. He will mainly focus on some of the benefits that Switzerland can offer fast-growing Ukrainian companies, giving insights into recent regulatory changes, as well as covering some of the practical aspects of setting up operations, and the most common types of shareholding structures.

The audience will mainly consist of Ukrainian lawyers and tax advisors and is hosted by the Deputy Head of the Swiss Mission in Ukraine, Mr. Simon Pidoux.
