ZEDRA promotes Elaine Kennedy to Managing Director in Guernsey

Elaine has over 23 years of experience in the financial services sector, joining ZEDRA in 2005 where she was instrumental in establishing ZEDRA as a leading provider of employee benefit and share ownership trusts, alongside her expertise in corporate and private family trust structures. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an advisory panel member for leading share plan industry bodies.

Elaine will report to Steven Bowen in his role as Head of Channel Islands.

Elaine’s appointment comes alongside Nick Slinn’s, who has also been promoted to Deputy Managing Director. Nick who has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector joined the firm in 2019 following the acquisition of Interben Trustees Limited in Guernsey that year, a company providing trustee and administration services to multinationals to support their international pension plans and which was led by Nick at the time.

Nicola Brown will assume overall responsibility for the Share Incentive business, having been a key part of the ZEDRA Guernsey team for nearly 13 years.
