They don’t manage at a distance. They’re in the markets, with clients, accountable for the outcomes. That’s the standard we set. From the top down.
Our Leadership Team is responsible for our people, strategies, solutions, alignment with the regulatory environment in which we operate and the day to day management of ZEDRA.
Our Leadership Team is made up of members of our most senior leaders at Group level.
The team is completed by the Managing Directors of each of our offices. Such a combination gives us the opportunity to benefit from each person’s individual aptitudes, knowledge of specific areas, and their understanding of local client needs and requirements.
