With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Stephen has held senior leadership roles across fund administration, corporate services, real assets, investment management and regulated financial services in Ireland, the UK and Luxembourg.
Stephen is Managing Director of ZEDRA Luxembourg, where he is responsible for supporting the continued growth and development of the business, with a focus on governance, regulatory oversight, client service delivery and strategic relationship management.
Prior to joining ZEDRA, Stephen held senior management roles with leading fund and corporate service providers in Luxembourg. In these roles, he led large operational teams, managed complex international client structures and supported institutional clients across regulated and unregulated fund, corporate and real estate structures.
Throughout his career, Stephen has focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening strategic client relationships, improving operating models and supporting transformation, risk management and regulatory change initiatives in complex financial environments.
His expertise spans fund administration, corporate governance, real assets, strategic relationship management, regulatory oversight, risk management and operational leadership.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy.
