She combines strong client side governance expertise with strategic innovation, managing a diverse portfolio of large DB and DC schemes with exceptional attention to detail.

Alongside her executive responsibilities, she leads the Project Team, overseeing all major client projects, from complex scheme wind ups and transitions to Master Trusts, to adviser reviews and Trustee Skills Gap assessments. Her focus is on future proofing ZEDRA’s services and digital capabilities to ensure clients benefit from efficient, modern and compliant solutions.

Her leadership was central to the development of ZEDRA’s proprietary General Code solution, recognised as an industry leading innovation. She has also modernised core internal systems, enhancing benchmarking, governance assessments and project delivery.

A key contributor to new business, Lauren produces high quality RFPs and pitches, and she originally designed ZEDRA’s gold standard onboarding process, ensuring every scheme aligns seamlessly with its strategic objectives.
