Geraldine is a Senior Trustee Executive at ZEDRA, bringing more than 25 years of specialist industry experience.
Since joining ZEDRA in 2022, her strong technical capability and leadership saw her promoted to her current role in 2024. Beginning her pensions career in 1999, she has developed deep expertise across both consultancy and in house management, giving her a rare dual perspective on how large schemes operate.
Her background as a Pensions Manager means she understands the practical realities of running complex schemes and excels at translating strategic objectives into effective day to day operations.
Geraldine’s work is anchored in three core areas: operations, projects, audit and governance. She streamlines processes to enhance efficiency, supports trustee boards with informed administration oversight, and champions high quality governance that exceeds regulatory expectations.
