We handle all aspects of the trust’s administration including Trust Registration Service compliance with both HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Trusts (CRBOT) as required. Our service covers all necessary compliance and regulatory reporting obligations in addition to accurate record keeping and making payments to beneficiaries.
Appointing us as Professional Trustee of New and Existing Trusts:

- Complete the relevant Appointment of Professional Trustee Agreement
- Send us the original completed Agreement & Bond Application paperwork
- Make payment to the Bond Provider (quoting surname and DOB as reference)
- ZEDRA will be appointed as Trustee (subject to satisfactory money laundering checks)
- We send completed Trust Deed & Bond Application paperwork to the Bond Provider
- We invoice the Settlor for the Trust Set-up Fee

Trust Registration Service (TRS) and Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Trusts (CRBOT):
Where ZEDRA is not being appointed Professional Trustee, we can still assist you with the Trust Registration Service.

- Complete ZEDRA Client Agreement
- Provide copies of Trust Deed and Bond Application Form
- Make payment to ZEDRA – see section 3 of Client Agreement
- For CRBOT provide copies of Passports for all beneficial owners (except for Classes of Beneficiaries)

On receipt of the complete documentation and payment, ZEDRA will then complete registration on TRS/CRBOT and provide confirmation back to the trustees of registration.
