Suzanne Ashman
Legal Counsel
Suzanne is a personal and trust lawyer with considerable experience in a broad range of private client matters involving all aspects of estate and succession planning.
Her work includes advising on personal taxation and the establishment and operation of trusts. She acts for private individuals, executors, trustees and deputies. She is experienced in cross-border work for clients.
Suzanne joined the legal team at ZEDRA as Legal Counsel in 2024. She trained in London and after qualification spent 10 years working in Switzerland for a leading international law firm and then the trust company of a Swiss private bank. She has extensive experience advising on trusts and fiduciary structuring both in the UK and internationally. She returned to the UK in 2018 and worked locally in Bristol gaining experience in a broad range of private client work including mental capacity and elderly client practice.
Suzanne is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA).
