Managing a team of 12 subject matter experts, Emma assumes responsibility for ensuring that payroll operations are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
With over 11 years of experience in the field of international payroll management with ZEDRA, she is a seasoned professional dedicated to ensuring seamless and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries.
Emma has progressed in her career, from joining the payroll team in 2013 as an Junior Analyst, to leading the day to day operations as the Payroll Manager.
As an expert in global payroll and regulations, she has a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising payroll processes, resulting in increased efficiency and accuracy. Her expertise extends to managing compliance with local, national, and international labour laws, as well as overseeing tax and social security contributions in various jurisdictions.
