Dean Blackburn is a highly experienced financial services executive with over 25 years in leadership roles.
He joined ZEDRA as Deputy CEO in September 2024 bringing with him extensive expertise and a fresh perspective, with a strong background in senior roles at leading international organisations. Dean was then appointed Group CEO in June 2025.
He has a proven track record of designing and executing strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
As CEO, Dean is responsible for overseeing ZEDRA’s commercial and operational strategy across its global offices and service lines.
