Adam leads the US Business Development team to support US clients expanding globally and advising on establishing and ongoing operations in new jurisdictions.
Adam has nearly a decade of experience facilitating US companies with cross border growth into new regions while supporting the navigation of ever-changing laws and regulations in countries throughout EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Additionally, he has a multitude of experience supporting foreign companies expanding their business into the US through managing incorporation, accounting, tax, and HR facets of the business.
