Client Director, Head of Incentives
Niki is responsible for the delivery of a range of Administration and Trustee services for large Employee Share Ownership Schemes.
Her clients include both Financial Times Stock Exchange and Private Equity backed companies, with Corporate Structures ranging from a small number of key executives, to 600 employees with extensive assets under management.
Prior to joining ZEDRA, Nicola was an Academic Research Fellow at Kings College London, focusing on the molecular characterisation of leukaemia.
Niki has an MSc in Corporate Governance accredited by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
