Mandy has over 25 years of experience in the Corporate and Fiduciary industry. She has diversified knowledge of both professional and commercial sectors.
Her main areas of expertise lie in Corporate Structuring, Commercial Transactions, Corporate Services and Operational Organisation & Management.
Before joining ZEDRA, she developed her career through working at an international Accounting firm, a leading Law firm and global Trust and Corporate service groups. She also worked for the Asia regional office of a US listed energy group.
Mandy is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional and is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) (HKCGI) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) (CGI). She has a first-class Honours degree in Accountancy and a first-class Honours degree in Language & Translation.
