Joanna Mulhern
Managing Director
Joanna’s career spans 25 years in the fiduciary services sector in the Isle of Man.
Her experience includes managing complex trust and corporate structures for private and corporate clients located around the globe, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has managed structures holding a variety of assets with a particular focus on property holding structures, including residential, commercial and student accommodation, located in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
She has experience providing trustee services to international pension plans for large corporate clients and working with an established network of intermediaries advising clients on wealth structuring, asset protection and estate planning.
As Managing Director at ZEDRA, she specialises in trust and corporate structuring as well as handling client relationships and managing business development.
Joanna is a member of STEP and holds the Society’s Diploma in International Trust Management. She is also a member of ICSA and holds the Institute’s Diploma in Company Administration. She was appointed to the board of the IoM Association of Corporate Services Providers in October 2017.
